Reton
I’m building Reton with my co-founder. It is a digital wallet for people who need to see where their money is, after a wrong transfer, a failed payment, or fraud.
Reton holds the balances and a double-entry ledger. Interswitch provides cards, transfers, and bill payments underneath. Interswitch is the payments company. It is not the wallet, and it is not the ledger.
The part I care about most is Callback Protection. You can hold a payment, release it when you are ready, or raise a callback, and follow that on a timeline.
The company is registered in Nigeria. The web app is largely built. We are waiting on operations and compliance before launch, because trust is the product.
